This is the website of Precision Microdrives Limited, registered in England and Wales no. 5114621.

We take our privacy very seriously, and take active precaution to minimise the risk relating to information gathered during your use of our online services.

  • All personal information collected through our online ordering system is encrypted between your browser and our website.
  • All personal information is stored securely on our servers and encrypted customer support cloud services; used to manage enquiries.
  • Payment information is only shares with SagePay and the Royal Bank of Scotland; who together provide card processing facilities.
  • No credit or debit card information is stored by Precision Microdrives.
  • None of the information we collect is shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.
  • We collect information volunteered by the customer, such as for the Technical Support Bulletin, which is used for communicating and responding to technical or commercial enquiries.
  • We do not partner with or have any relationships with any ad server companies or services.

Cookies

Log Files

As is true with most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol addresses as well as browser, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data. Occasionally we may connect personal information to data gathered in our log files, as necessary to improve the service to individual customers.
