Navigating the products in the online catalogue
Prices and specifications of each motor can be accessed by clicking “See Specs & Order” button below the motor image. Click on the link to access the detailed product information page and the product technical datasheet.
The other way of accessing the detailed product information page is through the selection by features guide. Click on the "Selection By Features" link at the top right of the product catalogue page to view specification tables for gear motors, DC micro motors and vibration motors.
Click on a parameter on the left hand side to view the parameters for each motor in the category. Highlighting a specification criteria will narrow the results. Simply click on the product image to access the detailed product information page. You can sort the parameters by clicking on the title of the parameter to sort by.
Pricing and adding the item to the order cart
For each product the pricing information is shown in the "Pricing & Buying" tool box on the left hand side of the product information page. The price varies depending on the number of units purchased and you can add your item(s) to the order cart by typing in the quantity required and clicking on the “Add To Order” button.
A summary of what is contained in your order cart is shown by clicking on the order cart icon in the top menu. Select the destination country to see the shipping options and costs based on the items you have selected.
The price breaks are automatically applied when the number of units ordered is greater than the threshold quantity. You can simply change the quantities in your order cart and it will recalculate the costs. To access the order cart simply click on the cart icon in the top menu bar.
We offer several shipping options based on weight, destination and value of your order. The target delivery times are listed, but please note that non-timed services can take longer than the target delivery times and are beyond our control. If in doubt, choose a timed service, even if it is more expensive!
We now accept orders and bill most of our customers in their native currencies: US Dollars, Euros and British Pounds Sterling. Select the currency you wish to pay in by clicking on the drop down list on the "Pricing & Buying" tool box of the product information page. Alternatively, you can change the currency in the order cart once you have selected your item(s).
Checkout and payment
Once you are happy with your order cart, click the “proceed to checkout” button to continue with your order. Complete the order form with your complete order details and invoice contact and delivery destination.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit cards for international transactions as well as Maestro, Solo and Electron cards for UK domestic orders. Alternatively, you can complete an order with a bank transfer. Full bank charges and fees for all bank transfers and wire transfers must be paid by the sender.
Our ordering process is secure. Precision Microdrives uses a secure SSL server and Sagepay for credit card transactions. For your security your credit card information is never stored on our servers and Sagepay is the largest independent payment processing provider in the UK. For Visa & Mastercard transactions, our payment system incorporates the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode programmes for the additional payment security of 'Cardholder Not Present' transactions.
